The Human Infrastructure: The Power of the Feminine in Building What’s Next

As the data center industry races to build more power, capacity and infrastructure, this conversation turns the focus to the human systems behind it all.

Karen Petersburg will open with a 15-minute introduction to the Human Collective Model, followed by a moderated discussion with Mara Ervin exploring what happens when intuition, empathy, relationship-building and long-term stewardship are valued alongside speed, rigor and execution.

From there, the room becomes part of the conversation. Each table will receive a provocative leadership question with an iMWomen leader at the table and take part in a timed discussion, giving every participant space to contribute. A representative from each table will then share key themes and insights with the larger group.

This is not a conversation about women versus men. It is about expanding the definition of strong leadership and asking what our industry could build differently when we value the full range of human strengths.
