That’s why we’ve brought the Leadership Summit together in one focused morning. A small group of senior colo leaders, away from the main conference floor, having candid, boardroom-style conversations about the challenges you’re facing and the decisions you’re making.

This isn’t a morning of presentations. Discussion leaders will open each conversation, microphones will be on every table and everyone in the room is there to contribute. Under the Chatham House Rule, you can speak openly, challenge your peers, compare approaches and hear how other leaders are tackling the same problems.

  • One morning, deliberately focused. Three leadership discussions covering power, community/workforce and mega-project financing, with time built in for networking and lunch.
  • A boardroom, not an audience. Discussion leaders set the direction, but everyone participates. With microphones at every table, these are genuinely interactive conversations rather than panels you simply watch.
  • A room of your peers. A highly senior group of colo leaders dealing with the same scale of growth, investment and operational pressure.
  • A space to speak candidly. Chatham House Rule gives leaders the freedom to compare approaches, talk about what isn't working and ask questions they may not ask on a main conference stage.

It was a great use of time and a unique opportunity to have a meaningful and extended conversation with a diverse group of industry thought-leaders about many of our most pressing issues. I thought it was just the right size - large enough to include a diverse set of participants, but small enough where people could still speak freely. It also had a nice mix of topics, from technical to abstract, which helped tie things together. Well done on this and the rest of the show.
