The event registration desk is located in the hotel lobby near the main entrance where you can collect your badge.

There is no dedicated cloakroom in the hotel, however, the hotel check-in desk in the main lobby can assist with keeping small luggage for the duration of the event.

Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available. The network name and password will be displayed on signage around the venue.

A networking lunch is available at 12:30 pm on Tuesday November 3 and 12:00 pm on Wednesday, November 4.

Additional coffee and light refreshment points are located throughout the venue.

If you have specific dietary requirements such as Kosher, Halal or Vegan, please let us know in advance via our registration form. If you didn’t submit your requirements, email [email protected]. We can ensure the necessary arrangements are made with the venue. On the event day, please let a member of the help team know your requirements, and they will direct you to your meal.

The event will take place at The Lansdowne Resort & Spa, which offers accessible entrances, elevators, restrooms, and facilities. Delegates with specific accessibility requirements are encouraged to contact [email protected] in advance of the event.

The dress code for the event is business casual. Delegates are encouraged to dress professionally while remaining comfortable.

Located just off Woodridge Parkway, the Lansdowne is easily accessible by car or taxi. Alternatively there is a shuttle service that leaves from Washington Dulles International Airport, however please note that this requires advance booking. You can book this service here.

Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Please check your country’s travel regulations for the United States and apply in advance if needed.

Parking at the venue is very limited and available on a first come, first served basis.

To help reduce congestion and make arrival easier for everyone, we strongly encourage attendees to use taxis, rideshare services, or car share with colleagues and fellow attendees wherever possible.

We’re also currently exploring additional parking and shuttle options from the National Convention Center to the Lansdowne Resort. More information will be shared on our website and through attendee email communications as soon as details are confirmed.

In the meantime, If you do plan to drive, we recommend exploring nearby parking options in advance using parking apps such as SpotHero or ParkWhiz.

We recommend registering for your pass prior to the event however there will be passes available for purchase at the DCD Help Desk on the day. Please note that there is a two-working-day turnaround after registering for our admissions team to review your pass.

If purchasing/registering for your pass at the Help Desk on the day, please expect a delay in entry to the event as your details need to be registered to issue your pass.

We offer a 10% discount on group Vendor passes (3+) purchased through our registration form. This is automatically applied to your booking.

If you have been invited by one of our Event Partners/Sponsors, please use the registration link and enter the invite code they provided to you. If you qualify for our Vendor pass, you are eligible for a 20% discount on your pass.

Dial “911” and notify the Operator of a Medical Emergency. Be sure to indicate the location and the nature of the emergency. Please also notify the event organizer of the medical emergency once you have spoken with the 911 operators.

Once outside, proceed to the designated event evacuation assembly point as directed by event staff or venue personnel. Remain there until the official all-clear has been given. Exhibitors should ensure all stand staff are accounted for and report any missing persons to the event organizer immediately.

If you discover a fire or other emergency, immediately notify venue staff or event organizers. If the fire alarm sounds, treat it as a real emergency and evacuate the building immediately. Do not wait for confirmation or attempt to investigate the cause.

• Follow instructions from venue staff, emergency services or event organizers at all times.
• Leave the building via the nearest safe exit.
• Do not use lifts/elevators.
• Assist anyone nearby if it is safe to do so.
• Do not re-enter the venue until the official all-clear has been given by authorized personnel.
