Most data center owners already have reality capture on their projects.The GC flies a drone, someone walks the floor with a 360 camera, and the images land in a folder somewhere. Whether the owner can find that record a year later, or trust it when a claim comes in, is a different question.

On a hyperscale or colocation build, the owner commissions the work but rarely sets how the site gets documented. That gets decided by whichever contractor won the package, at whatever cadence they choose. When the asset moves from construction into operations, the owner often inherits gaps instead of a usable record of what was actually built.
