Women in Data Centers (WiDC) is on a mission to change who builds the world's digital infrastructure.

Founded in Singapore in 2023, WiDC has grown to 600+ members across APAC, with active chapters in Singapore, Japan, Australia, and an expanding presence in India.

We create meaningful pathways for women to enter, grow, and lead in the data center sector, through regional events, mentorship, workshops and internship and scholarship programs that connect the next generation to the industry.

We believe a stronger, more diverse talent pipeline benefits the entire sector. And we're building the infrastructure to make that happen.
