Yet the tools available to them haven't kept pace. When something goes wrong, operators today spend 60 to 90 minutes manually cross-referencing alerts across power, cooling, and IT to find the root cause — while downtime compounds at $20,000 per minute.

We built PodIQ to close that gap. PodIQ identifies the root cause of a cross-domain incident in under one minute, with the full causal chain attached — ranked, explained, and paired with SOP-linked corrective steps on a single screen. It connects to existing BMS, DCIM, and EPMS infrastructure via standard protocols, requires no changes to existing systems, and is read-only by architectural design. Physics-based reasoning trained on the facility's own data means no black box, no guesswork, and full operator traceability on every output.

Necora was founded by a multidisciplinary team with backgrounds across infrastructure systems, AI/ML, sustainability, and enterprise software — supported by advisors drawn from the Uptime Institute, Equinix, Amazon/AWS, Schneider Electric, and CBRE.
