This episode is available to stream on-demand
The New Tate Grid LEC is specifically designed for high-performing data centers, pioneering lower embodied carbon structural ceiling solutions. Tate Grid LEC has half the embodied carbon of the standard Tate Grid. Developed by Tate’s in-house team of engineering design experts, this market-first for Tate Europe is part of the new Lower Embodied Carbon (LEC) range of solutions and a significant step forward in keeping with the Planet Passionate sustainability strategy. This tech showcase will explore:
- How a 55% reduction in embodied carbon was achieved (modules A-C) compared to the standard product (verified to EN15804+ A2:2019)
- How the product is made using lower carbon aluminium
- The Environmental Product Declaration for Tate Grid LEC
