It is now, and has been for quite some time, an indisputable fact that Northern Virginia is the capital of data centers worldwide. In truth, a recent Cushman and Wakefield report suggests the market measures more than 1,600MW of installed capacity, more than double the next largest market.
However, as developments across Loudoun County and Prince William continue to swell, locals, however, are rallying against the proposals, as are others throughout the county and wider Northern Virginia to protect rural land.
