Contrary to many headlines, the enterprise data center remains a cornerstone of data infrastructure for many organisations. Cloud and colocation projects may get the media attention, but on-premise facilities are still growing - and still innovating.

Enterprise data centers must meet a single company’s specific needs, and continue to meet those needs as they change, so those building, extending or upgrading them will face unique design challenges.

The judging panel will look for projects that have addressed those challenges, and delivered new build developments or major extension, upgrade, modernisation projects to existing facilities with original ideas tailored for enterprise customers.
