Tatiana Fantaeva

Market Segment Leader, Data Center & IT, Electrical Sector EMEA, Eaton

Tatiana Fantaeva is responsible for strategy development and implementation for the Data Center and IT segment across Eaton’s Europe, Middle East, and Africa Region (EMEA).

Tatiana has significant commercial experience across the electrical sector with a particular focus and interest in driving sustainability. She has the objective to drive innovation in hardware, software, and services to deliver resiliency, efficiency and added value across the full lifecycle of data centers power infrastructure; enabling customers to achieve a sustainable and commercially successful data center that is always on.

Tatiana has held numerous leadership roles within sales and marketing and sales operations since joining Eaton in 2015 including strategic accounts and alliances and power quality responsibility.

Prior to this, Tatiana’s experience comes from the security software development and IT distribution industry where she worked for ESET, Anixter and Sonet Technologies.

Tatiana holds an MBA in Strategic Management from The Open University (UK) and Master’s in Economics from Moscow State University. She is now based in Bonn, Germany.
