Sicco Boomsma
Managing Director TMT - EMEA Technology, INGSicco has been a member of the SFTMT team since 2005, and historically focused on providing structured finance solutions for companies active in the mobile and satellite sectors.
After joining as Management Trainee, he quickly decided to pursue a more specialized career in the TMT sector. Sicco worked on various transaction ranging from syndicated facilities, club deals, project and leverage financings to bilateral loans for strategic as well as Private Equity investors across EMEA, CEE and CIS. Within TMT, he currently focuses on the technology sector.
Sicco holds a MSc degree in Business Economics (highest honours). Sicco also participated in a number of corporate, project and leveraged finance training programs.
