For the past 15 years, Arelis Soto has been involved in industries at the forefront of technology. As a marketing manager for Corning Optical Communications, Arelis is responsible for marketing strategy this includes being the subject matter expert on Corning products and industry standards.
Arelis is also a large contributor to the Corning Optical Communications channels program. She is responsible for developing content and training the channels to be more technical in Corning Optical Communications solutions. This includes face-to-face, webinars, and hands-on training for Corning products and industry standards.
Arelis started her carrier as a field engineer; this experience gave Arelis the ability to understand all aspects of the network and the challenges that face both end users and contractors.
Arelis has a Bachelor of Engineering Science - Industrial Engineer from the Instituto Tecnologico de Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. She also has an MBA from Lenoir Rhyme University, Hickory, NC
