Co-Lead, Digital Infrastructure Advisory, CBREUdit is a part of the regional consulting team at CBRE covering Asia-Pacific. As a core team member of the team, Udit co-leads the investor advisory practice which is focused on alternative and emerging asset classes. As a part of the practice, Udit spends a considerable amount of time advising on digital infrastructure in the region. Having worked with clients spanning operators, developers, sovereign wealth funds, private equity investors as well as venture capital businesses, Udit has been able to develop a deep understanding of client needs in the asset class. Udit has deep expertise in data centre engagements, having worked on 50+ projects in the past five years across the region. Udit is also instrumental in developing the Location Intelligence Dashboard for Data Centres which enables clients to benchmark locations interactively across 70+ parameters. Typical engagements where Udit has been involved involve market sizing, market due diligence, supply-demand market mapping, pricing and trends analysis, opex and capex benchmarking as well as site level due diligence. Udit has been leading such engagements for clients for the past half a decade and has been considered a reliable partner by Fortune 2000, PE and Institutional investors on such engagements. Udit works closely with Global COEs as a part of the practice, which have enabled him to bring the best practices globally to clients in Asia-Pacific.
