Celebrated annually by the digital infrastructure community, International Data Center Day highlights the critical role data centers play in powering global connectivity, cloud computing, and AI innovation.

The series will bring together industry leaders and advisers serving the digital infrastructure sector – including operators, developers, EPC contractors, investors, hyperscale technology companies, and in-house counsel – to provide practical guidance on the risks shaping the next phase of data center development.

Each of the five sessions is designed to provide insight into issues that materially affect project continuity, regulatory exposure, and long-term asset value in the rapidly expanding AI infrastructure economy.

Data center projects face increasing pressure from corruption risks, supply chain complexity, regulatory scrutiny, cybersecurity threats, energy constraints, and tax considerations.
