Unite Technologies has signed a distribution deal with APW President Systems for the middle east market.
Pramod Agashe, Chief Operating Officer, APW President Systems, said: "With many legacy data centers increasingly generating more heat and often with inadequate cooling, there are increasing demands to operate more efficiently and safely within existing infrastructure and power constraints. Offerings from Unite Technologies such as the 'non-invasive' monitoring technology and server installation facility will help improve data center efficiency and safety substantially."
APW President will sell the CL-Amp to monitor legacy data center power usage.
Remote monitoring is achieved by connecting the CL-Amp to one of Unite Technologies 'family of Sinetica branded, monitoring and control devices. The Server Lifter SL500 is designed to meet strict computer center maintenance requirements by providinga safe and simple data center solution to install computers and other equipment.
"Customers state that server room safety is a key priority when installing servers. We are confident that the SL500 will surpass our customer's needs for this aspect of data center maintenance," said Alistair Hunt, export manager, Unite Technologies.
