Terremark's data center in Schipol airport, known as its Amsterdam NAP has been signed over to Digital Realty Trust (DRT) under the terms of a 15 year deal between the companies. Airport operator Schipol Group has been announced as the anchor tenant at the 25,000 sq ft colocation site.

The site will be ready in Q1 2011.

Under the terms of the lease Terremark has the option to extend the term for 50 years. Connectivity is provided by AMS-IX wiht network density from all major Dutch Internet Service Providers and 'several major ISPs'

The site will serve as Terremarks' flagship European facility
