Talari Networks, developer of enterprise WAN reliability software, has raised US$15m in a Series D funding round led by Four Rivers Group, a new investor for the startup. Existing investors Menlo Ventures and Silver Creek Ventures also took part in the latest round.
The company has recently released the latest version of its Adaptive Private Networking 3.0 software. The technology enables a WAN to automatically adapt on a per-packet, per-second basis to changing network conditions to ensure that applications operate without disruption. It works with WAN aggregate broadband, leased-line and other links.
Emerick Woods, Talari CEO, said the investment gave the firm more capacity to bring the solution to new customers and partners.
“We were attracted to Four Rivers because of its track record of collaborating with emerging high technology companies pioneering innovative new technologies,” he said about the new investor. “We are thrilled to have Four Rivers join our current investors to sponsor our next phase of growth.”
Talari said it will use the latest financing to pay off loans and as growth capital.
