Last month, the firm entered into an LIO with RiCloud AI Inc., setting out preliminary terms under which the Agencia would lease Nvidia B300 hardware. The letter outlines the potential to lease 300 units for around $120 million.

The company has also entered into a separate nonbinding letter of intent with an unnamed Indonesian-based counterparty in relation to a proposed land transaction intended to support the development of an AI computing infrastructure and data center site in Indonesia.

Full details haven’t been shared, but the proposed site totals around 50,000 sqm.

Agencia Comercial Spirits Ltd is a Taiwan-based importer and distributor of whisky products, including bottled and cask whiskies, as well as Sake. It joined the Nasdaq in October.

In the press release, the company notes the proposed AI project represents a “potential departure from the company’s historical line of business” and is subject to “significant risks and uncertainties.”

It also notes that both letters are non-binding in nature, and neither agreement could come to fruition.

An Nvidia cloud partner, Ricloud bills itself as an AI cloud infrastructure provider, operating or planning some 10 data centers across five continents with more than 3GW of computing capacity.
