The cause of the outage has not been revealed as of yet. DCD has contacted T-Mobile for more information on this.

Some users stated that their devices were stuck in SOS mode

T-Mobile acknowledged the outage at 6:39 pm (ET), noting that its teams were working to restore services, before noting that the network issues were solved, just before midnight.

"We have fully restored service for all customers and sincerely apologize for the difficulties to those who experienced network impacts today. At T-Mobile, we know that customers rely on us to stay connected to what matters most, and we appreciate their understanding as we prioritized resolution," said the company on X.

Despite the carrier's statement, some users on the social media are still reporting problems with their T-Mobile coverage service, with complaints such as their devices "still being stuck in SOS."
