StructureTone, has been appointed by Virtus Data Centres to fit out an existing industrial property in Enfield to create a new data centre facility over two floors.
Located just inside the M25 in North London, the site totals 60,000 sq ft. Once the facility is complete, the datacentre will comprise 25,207 sq ft of net lettable space over six data halls.
Flexible space options will be available comprising wholesale dedicated data hall, caged areas or collocation on demand.

StructureTone is currently in the pre-construction phase, with completion set for Spring / Summer 2010.
The site will have 8MvA of power secured with a power density of 1.72kW per sq ft, dual A&B; supplies provided to racks and is designed to N+1 standards and concurrently maintainable plant and infrastructure.
