Stargate Holdings Corp., a leading global IT services industry, has announced that its new high- security, 86,000 square-foot Tier III+ data center in the western suburbs of Chicago will be fully operational by August 2007, providing secure co-location and dedicated hosting services. A data center unique to Chicagoland, Stargate's will serve global corporations as well as smaller enterprises, operating in a shell designed specifically as a Tier III+ facility. In addition, the data center features a customized hot-aisle containment system for efficient temperature control of as many as 2,200 cabinets.
