Skyrise Properties, a commercial real estate company based in Dallas, has bought an 88,600-square-foot data center from Hillwood, according to information from Hillwood. The Alliance Gateway Data Center, 13751 Independence Parkway, was built in 2001. The building is a shell with power redundancy and access to multiple fiber providers. Skyrise Properties bought the property as an investment. CB Richard Ellis is marketing the property.
