An office, warehouse, and data center complex is up for sale in Idaho.

Via Ten-X, Lee & Associates is offering the Sandpoint Technology Center in Sandpoint up for auction. The auction is due to start on April 29; starting bids are from $2.6 million.

Set on 12 acres, the property includes 120,000 sq ft (11,150 sqm) of office space with a three-level atrium, a data center with colocation space, and a 220-seat auditorium.

It also features 80,000 sq ft (7,430 sqm) of warehouse space, and an additional 17,540 sq ft (1,630 sqm) freestanding warehouse.

The property features a separate 17,000 sq ft (1,580 sqm) building to support a data center.

The site of the former Coldwater Creek corporate headquarters, this three-building portfolio was originally built in 1990 and renovated in 2022. The properties are located at 52 and 130 McGhee Road and 35 Litehouse Drive.

The site is currently 53 percent occupied; the tenant mix includes medical device manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, real estate, religious organizations, nonprofits, local government, and healthcare businesses. Named tenants include STGi and Polaris.

Sandpoint, in Bonner County, is located in northwest Idaho close to the Washington border.

Clothing retailer Coldwater Creek occupied the site but went bust in 2014. Investor L3M acquired the site in 2015 and renamed it the Sandpoint Technology Center.
