Submer's AI cloud subsidiary, Radian Arc, has signed agreements with two companies in India for GPU infrastructure platform deployments.

Radian will deploy its GPU-as-a-Service offering within GTPL Broadband's network and in TeleIndia Datacentre (Datasamudra) data centers in the country.

Radian Arc and GTPL sign Letter of Intent

Radian Arc will be offering GPUaaS, PaaS, and "AI capabilities" within GTPL Broadband's network, to enable businesses and customers to access local AI compute.

Radian will deploy GPU Edge infrastructure at GTPL sites, as agreed by a Letter of Intent (LOI). The partnership will last for three years.

Under the partnership, GTPL will invest in GPU-based points-of-presence, and will benefit from Submer's AI infrastructure offerings, including liquid cooling, data center design and build, IT services, and a land and power portfolio spanning the UK, US, India, and the Middle East.

Memorandum of Understanding agreed between Radian Arc and Datasamudra

In addition to working with GTPL, Radian Arc has also signed a Memorandum of Understanding with TeleIndia Datacentre, also known as Datasamudra, that will see Radian deploying its AI cloud hardware within Datasamudra's facility in Karnataka.

The data center is located at the KIADB IT Park, Devanahalli, in North Bangalore. From here, the two companies will offer enterprises and the public sector access to AI compute for their AI and data analytics workloads, sovereign compute, and public-sector digital services, while ensuring compliance with India’s data residency and sovereignty requirements.

According to Datasamudra's website, its facility in Bangalore spans 100,000 sq ft (9,290 sqm), with a capacity of more than 500 racks and 5MW of IT power.

Radian Arc was acquired by Submer earlier this month. The company is a provider of an infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) platform for running sovereign, telco-focused GPU cloud services. Radian Arc’s platform is used by telecoms companies inside their networks to support cloud gaming and AI workloads. It is deployed across more than 70 telecom and Edge compute customers globally, with thousands of GPUs in operation.
