Hirsch spent 25 years at American Towers Corporation (ATC), serving across a number of roles at the company, including most recently as SVP, corporate – real estate and investment support services.

The company further confirmed that Symphony Towers Infrastructure CEO, David Bacino, also an operating partner at Palistar, will transition from his role as CEO to become vice chairman.

Bacino was appointed CEO in July, replacing former CEO Bernard Borghei. In addition to this, Bacino has been appointed as CEO of Galaxi Towers, Palistar's recently formed developer of bespoke macro wireless solutions for the nation's leading wireless carriers.

"His [Hirsch] executive presence, energy, and creativity will be great assets in his role driving day-to-day operations and strategy at Symphony," said Omar Jaffrey, founder and managing partner of Palistar, and founder and executive chairman of Symphony Towers.

"We're also thrilled that David will continue to support Symphony, as well as develop new solutions for the mobile network operators through his leadership of Galaxi."

Per the announcement this week, Galaxi Towers specializes in the design, development, construction, and management of new wireless infrastructure.

Bacino added: "It has been a privilege to serve as Symphony's CEO, and I'm looking forward to my ongoing engagement with Symphony. Jason is a great addition to our team, and I am excited to support his efforts in Symphony's continued success. Moreover, there is a significant opportunity ahead for Galaxi."

Last year, Palistar completed the integration of the assets of its portfolio company, CTI Towers, Inc., with Palistar's telecom easements portfolio, Symphony Towers.

Following the completion of the integration of assets, the entity is made up of approximately 3,000 wireless assets across 50 states. These consist of urban, suburban, and rural macro wireless locations with long-term leases from investment-grade counterparties.

Founded in 2019, Symphony acquires the ground leases and easement rights to telecom towers, which it leases out, while CTI operates as a telecom tower company in the US.
