No Limits Software has released the latest version of its RaMP DCIM solution, adding SNMP capabilities, LANdesk integration, integration with LANdesk, automated reporting, enhanced VMware support, better visibility into the power infrastructure and other features.

RaMP (Rack Management Platform) is a data center infrastructure management solution for real-time monitoring as well as capacity planning and asset and change management. The latest release is version 2.3.

The company is aiming to enable operators to manage infrastructure with a view to multiple usually segregated layers. No Limits says RaMP provides visibility into virtual and physical servers and up to power and cooling infrastructure.

Change-management capabilities include auto-discovery of devices and automated configuration.

In the latest release, No Limits added management of SNMP traps, or agent-management notifications used by the protocol. The new version can also add or clear tickets in LANdesk based on polled data, calculated data or SNMP trap receipt.
