European neocloud Nebul will be the first coud platform to offer Speeddata's Analytics Processing Units (APUs).
Nebul will deploy the chips within its sovereign cloud infrastructure, enabling customers to run advanced analytics and AI data processing workloads at scale.
Speedata's APU is a processor designed for big data and advanced analytics workloads. According to the company, in standard benchmarks, the APU has demonstrated up to 100x performance gains over CPUs and GPUs.
The chip, Speedata says, "accelerates AI data preparation and cleaning, as well as real-time query-oriented RAG and TAG (Table Oriented Generation)."
"Running advanced analytics at scale has always been extremely costly. The APU changes that equation," said Adi Gelvan, CEO of Speedata. "In one enterprise AI data preprocessing deployment, customers replaced 38 servers with just three, achieving over 90 percent cost reduction. With Speedata on Nebul's sovereign cloud, European enterprises can lower their infrastructure and operational costs while keeping their data under European governance."
"Sovereignty isn't a value statement; it's an operational requirement," added Arnold Juffer, CEO of Nebul. "True data sovereignty extends beyond GDPR compliance and EU-based data centers to encompass ownership structure, operational control, and jurisdictional authority. Our customers need to know who owns their infrastructure, who operates it, and who can be compelled to access it. With Speedata, we can now add high-performance data processing performance to that offer.”
Nebul will deploy the APUs across its European data center network.
Details about Nebul's data center footprint are sparse, but the company states it uses "efficient green energy data centers" that are "located strategically across the European continent."
Nebul is a European private AI cloud provider based in Leiden, South Holland. According to the company's LinkedIn page, it was founded in 2022. Via its AI cloud, Nebul offers Nvidia platforms, including DGX, HGX, OVX, and RTX, with GPUs including B200, H200, H100, L40s, and L4. The neocloud raised €20 million ($22.7m) in a June 2024 funding round.
Israel-based Speedata raised $44 million in June 2025 in a Series B funding round.
