Digital Realty Trust, Inc, a leading owner and manager of corporate data centers and Internet gateways, has announced that Microsoft Corporation has assumed leases from SAVVIS, Inc. at two adjacent Digital Realty Trust data center facilities in Santa Clara. The leases, which expire at the end of 2010, total 300,000 rentable square feet, including approximately 160,000 square feet of raised floor dat acenter space.
"We are very pleased to welcome Microsoft as a direct tenant at these two Santa Clara facilities and look forward to continuing to build our relationship with them," commented Michael Foust, Chief Executive Officer of Digital Realty Trust.
