Unconfirmed reports have emerged of an audacious robbery at a data center in London's King Cross area.
It is believed that thieves dressed up as police officers, and gained entry to the building by claiming that they were investigating reports of people on the roof of the building, before absconding with around $4 million of computer hardware. Security guards are thought to have been handcuffed during the raid, although none were seriously hurt.
A number of US investment banks, including JPMorgan are understood to be among the customers of the data center, though none have commented on any disruption to their services.
