Lloyds Banking Group in the UK has told 25 staff at its Trinity road and Copley Data Centre that their jobs are at risk, according to a report by the Halifax Courier.

It follows the announcement that 325 jobs across the UK will be made redundant in its business support and wholesale and group operations teams.

Where possible, Lloyds said it would try to redeploy staff in other roles.

Lloyds is currently carrying out a three-year integration program for HBOS, which it took over in January 2009.

It has already made 27,000 jobs redundant.
