Built in 1928 and renovated in 1995, 2008, and 2016, the 13-story property totals 162,900 sq ft (15,135 sqm) of rentable floorspace on a 17,025 sq ft (1,580 sqm) plot.

Known as Telecom Center, NAI Capital said the property is home to multiple data center and telecom tenants, including Quadranet, Windstream, Level 3, AT&T, and Cogent Communications. Colocation America also lists a presence in the building.

Fiber providers in the building include Lumen, Verizon, Zayo, FirstTel, Crown Castle, and Windstream.

Hosting firm PacificRack was present in the building but ceased operations last year. The company was a subsidiary of Quadranet, which was acquired by Edge Centres last year. Earlier this year, reports surfaced that Quadranet was potentially being evicted from the building.

The site is owned by Morlin Asset Management.
