Malaysia web hosting provider IP ServerOne has announced the launch of a new deployment in MyTelehaus’s CJ1 data center in Malaysia.

CJ1 is a four-story facility in Cyberjaya, located in the so-called Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) region of Malaysia. The CJ1 facility has 40,000 sq ft of data center space, which makes the IP ServerOne suite a substantial deployment given the latter’s footprint of 5,100 sq ft.

Four sites

The launch means IP ServerOne now has a total of four locations across Malaysia and Singapore, specifically Menara AIMS in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, at one of NTT’s three data centers in Malaya and Telstra in Singapore.

The firm says the new location will allow it to fulfill increasing demand for secure hosting infrastructure with greater efficiency. The firm offers colocation, dedicated and cloud servers, as well as services such as disaster recovery (DR) and backup solutions for local and regional corporations in the government, insurance, medical, education and oil and gas industries.

“Our network is also equipped with Anti-DDoS [distributed denial of service] system deployed locally with up to Layer 7 protection to protect all customers hosted from DDoS attacks. It will protect your brand and business, even during a DDoS attack, the legitimate traffic will pass through without any service interruption.” said Lee Cheung Loong, co-Founder of IP ServerOne in a statement.

Users will also enjoy low latency networks backed by Tier 1 telecommunication providers such as NTT, PCCW Global and Telia, with less than 100 milliseconds latency to major cities in Asia, according to IP ServerOne. The provider says it is in the process of getting ISO/IEC 27001 and PCI DSS certification for the new data center.
