The Dutch colocation provider Interxion has commenced an initial public offering of 18.55m ordinary shares. The IPO is priced between US$11 and $13 per share.
Interxion applied to have the shares listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "INXN". The offering has 11 underwriters, including Jefferies, Oppenheimer, Credit Suisse, RBC, Piper Jaffray and others.
Offering book runners are Bank of America Merill Lynch, Citi and Barclays.
The Amsterdam-based company is offering 16.25m of the shares and the rest is being offered by select selling shareholders. The underwriters have the option to buy an additional 2.8m shares from shareholders.
According to a US Securities and Exchange Commission filing, Interxion currently serves more than 1,100 customers in 28 data centers located in 11 countries.
The company's total revenue for nine months ended 30 September, 2010, was Ôé¼152.8m (about US 198m), with EBITDA of Ôé¼34.3m (about US$44.5m). Its full-year 2009 revenue was Ôé¼171.7m (about US$222.6m), with EBITDA of Ôé¼62.7m (about US$81.3m).
