Superior Essex has added a multimode fiber design option to its entire Dri-Lite Loose tube cable line, which uses absorbent yarns that well when contact is made with water to stop water from hitting the cable.
Cables in fiber counts from 12 to 288 are offered through as part of Dri-Lite.
Superior Essex recently broke ground on a new power cable manufacturing facility in North Carolina. It hopes the plant will allow it to further expand its brand offering in the US.
