Data center provider CoreSite has taken on a new chief financial officer. Jeff Finnin has joined the company after a five-year stint at ProLogis, an industrial real estate firm where he served as managing director and chief accounting officer.

According to CoreSite, Finnin has more than 23 years of experience in finance and accounting and Tom Ray, CoreSite CEO, said he was looking forward to seeing his capabilities applied to execution of the company's growth plans.

Finnin is succeeding Deedee Beckman, who has led CoreSite's finance team for five years.

Dom Lesme joins ISA as president and COO
Provider of data center management solutions Information Systems Associates has brought on board a new president and chief operating officer. Dom Lesme will be joining ISA after spending four years as VP and general manager at Rackwise, a data center management software company.

ISA CEO Joe Coschera praised the impact Lesme had on the data center infrastructure management market as "one of the leading visionaries of the data center software industry."

At ISA, Lesme will manage sales, marketing, operations, strategic partner, channel and development organizations.

Paetec takes on Cavalier's Heiden as VP and president of fiber services
Paetec, provider of data, voice and internet services to businesses, has named Clint Heiden, former president of Intellifiber, its new vice president and president of national accounts and fiber services. Intellifiber is a subsidiary of Cavalier, a telecom Paetec acquired in December.

Heiden has about 20 years of experience in the telecom space, including sales, marketing, business development and operational management. Paetec said Intellifiber, under his management, quadrupled its sales and dramatically decreased customer churn.
