Law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP has integrated its digital infrastructure, data center, and cloud computing group into the firm’s real estate practice.

The company said the move will provide digital infrastructure clients with a larger suite of legal services.

Greenberg Traurig’s digital infrastructure division represents global private equity firms, infrastructure funds, asset managers, real estate investors, and lenders in the data center sector.

The firm assists with transactions including mergers, investments, acquisitions, financing arrangements, joint ventures, fund formation, development projects, and hyperscale leasing.

Greenberg Traurig has represented Antin Infrastructure Partners, EdgeCore, and equity firm Carlyle, among others, in the data center sector.

The company has more than 2,750 attorneys operating in 48 US locations.
