The Green Grid has issued White Paper detailing eight proxy proposals for the measurement of data center productivity.

The proposals are: Useful Work Self-Assessment and Reporting, DCeP Subset by Productivity Link, DCeP Subset by Sample Workload, a proxy proposal for, Bits per Kilowatt Hour, Weighted CPU Utilizatoin - SPECint_rate, Weighted Utilization - SPECpower, Compute Units per Second Trend Curve, Operating System Workload Efficiency. The proxies have been put together by Intel, Sun Microsystems, Dell, Emerson, and <a data-cke-saved-href="http://www.amd.com" href="http://www.amd.com" class="external data-cke-saved-name=" amd"="" name="AMD" id="AMD">AMD.
