Web mapping platform Google Maps is experiencing a global outage.
The outage is also impacting third party apps and cars that use Google Maps, including the in-built navigation in Teslas.
"We’re sorry, but an error has occurred. Please reload the page," Google Maps says on its website when users try to load it.
The outage began at around 16:15 UTC and has lasted more than two hours. Some services began to return after two hours.
The cause of the outage is not known. Google's status page for cloud services and for workspace tools does not cover Maps.
Earlier this month, issues with Google Cloud brought down Spotify and Disqus.
