This projection indicates also a changing industry profile in France. Currently, facilities owned and/or operated by end users on their own behalf account for over 83% of racks. Yet over one in four 'upcoming' racks will be operated by 'third party' organizations (i.e. those offering space and/or facility services) intending to operate them on behalf of client organizations.
