Michigan's Flagstar Bank has selected Mphasis for the setup and inauguration of its upcoming data center facility.

Mphasis is an IT solutions provider specializing in cloud and analytics services that was launched in 1998.

Details about the data center are very sparse, but Flagstar describes it as "world-class," adding that it will support the bank's critical infrastructure and future growth.

Flagstar said that the new data center will enable it to leverage "modern data center capabilities" and thus retire legacy infrastructure.

DCD has reached out to Flagstar for further information about the data center, including its location, planned capacity, and scale.

Flagstar Bank is headquartered in Troy, Michigan, and operates across nine states. It is a fully owned subsidiary of Flagstar Financial. As of June 30, 2025, the company had $92.2 billion of assets, $64.4bn of loans, deposits of $69.7bn, and total stockholders' equity of $8.1bn.
