TietoEnator and the ICT service center of the Judicial Administration (OTTK) have reached agreement on continuing the agreement on ICT operations management for Ministry of Justice in Finland. The services comprise almost all the operative and administrative systems in the ministry's administrative sector and managing the server environment for the Windows infrastructure nationwide.
The agreement covers in all about 200 servers, the mainframe environment and other related services, with which the OTTK provides services for the 10,000 users in the administrative sector. Most of the servers are located in TietoEnator's high availability datacenters, but the services also cover operations management for servers located on the customer's premises.
The agreement came into force on 1 January 2008 and covers three years, with an option for two extra years.
