Digital is building out six turn-key PODs in the building, 6,000 sq ft of raised floor and 1MW of IT load each. This is one of two buildings Digital owns at the site, formerly known as Comverse Technology Buildings.

The project involves installation of a new HVAC system and new electrical infrastructure.

Digital currently owns 96 properties and holds joint-venture investments in two more. Its portfolio consists of about 16.9m sq ft, which includes 2.2m sq ft for redevelopment.
