Nassoura Technology Associates, LLC (NTA) has announced that dcTrackÔäó 2.0, the leading datacenter infrastructure management, automation, and visualization system, has been selected by Downer EDi Rail of Australia. Downer EDi Rail, the premier Australian rail engineering and manufacturing company, will deploy and use dcTrackÔäó 2.0 company-wide to manage its assets and infrastructure at its datacenters and computer rooms throughout Australia.
dcTrackÔäó will provide broad, deep, and real-time visibility into Downer's datacenters space helping them manage change and provision new systems and circuits faster and more efficiently with fewer resources. dcTrackÔäó will also provide them with key metrics about current capacities and utilizations of network, cabling infrastructure and power resources thus improving their capacity planning and forecasting. dcTrackÔäó will allow Downer's central IT staff to manage remote sites more effectively.
