In recent years, businesses that were simply provide rack space have been forced to expand their service portfolio and even learn to benefit from public cloud. Is it tougher to run colocation services today than it was ten years ago? “It is different,” Liggitt says. “One of the challenges that colocation operators have today is being able to really understand the ever-changing environment that data center users have.”
