Local reports in the Toledo press have suggested that London-based market research firm, TNS (Taylor Nelson Sofres plc), is intending to consolidate data centers in seven cities into one facility at its Northwood campus, Toledo, Ohio.
According to Kimberly Till, chief executive of North American operations, and quoted in the Toledo Blade, the initiative will create a one-of-its kind "digital factory."
Ms Till went on to say that the data initiative is part of a wider company plan to restructure and reorganise its operations, but refused to comment on how much the investment will cost.
