Set on 1.4 acres, the single-story building spans 19,745 sq ft (1,834 sqm) in the Farmers Branch/Addison area of North Dallas. Built in 1979, it was renovated in 2014. Up to 10,000 sq ft (929 sqm) is available to lease.

Online listings suggest the site was previously occupied by colocation firm Negma Business Solution – a company founded in 1996 and acquired by IT solutions firm Mobius Partners last year.
ERP provider Intellias was also previously listed at the site.
