Los Angeles property management company, CRG West is reported to have acquired a datacenter in Reston, Virginia from Sunrise Valley Partners LP.
Although the acquisition price was not disclosed, CRG West is believed to intend to spend $120 million in infrastructure, and other improvements.
The 285,000-square-foot building at 12100 Sunrise Valley Drive was assessed at $36.5 million in 2007, according to Fairfax County tax records.
