CoreWeave has upsized its senior notes raise to $1.75 billion.

The company revealed, just one day after originally announcing the $1.5 billion bond sale, that it has increased the value to $1.75bn.

The unsecured senior notes remain due in 2031 and with a nine percent rate, while the offering of the notes will close on July 25, 2025.

The company said that it will use the proceeds from the notes for "general corporate purposes, including, without limitation, repayment of outstanding indebtedness, and to pay fees, costs, and expenses in connection with the offering of the notes."

The bond offering follows a $2 billion debt offering from CoreWeave in May 2025. The company, having previously turned to high-interest debt to fund its rapid growth, has been targeting the public markets since its IPO earlier this year in a bid to bring down costs.

During the company's first public earnings call in May 2025, CEO Michael Intrator said that it had raised more than $21 billion in debt. CoreWeave paid close to $264 million in interest expenses during the first quarter of 2025.

Earlier this month, CoreWeave announced that it would buy data center operator Core Scientific for $9bn in a share-only deal. The cloud provider also said that it plans to spend up to $6bn on a data center in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
