On 11 January, the IT operations of a number of global blue-chip companies, including energy giant BP, were affected by a power outage in London Docklands.
The outage is believed to have involved Global Switch's London 1 Docklands facility.
Services were restored late Thursday afternoon, although the company has hitherto refused to comment on the exact nature of the power failure, why it occurred, and who exactly was affected by the outage.
