Caddis Cloud Solutions has partnered with Mission Critical Group (MCG) to support the delivery of integrated, efficient power systems explicitly tailored for data centers across North America.
MCG has several power system offerings, including backup power generation, switching UPS, and power distribution. Based in Texas, the firm offers project design, delivery, startup, and ongoing maintenance support services.
The partnership aims to simplify the data center development process, provide operators with customized power solutions, and optimize supply chain management.
“MCG’s expertise in mission-critical power systems, combined with Caddis’s proven track record in data center development, will provide our clients and the industry with innovative and efficient power solutions that meet the highest standards of reliability and sustainability,” Scott Jarnagin, founder and CEO of Caddis Cloud Solutions said.
In 2024, Caddis signed several partnerships in the data center sector. In August, it partnered with Ultrascale Digital Infrastructure to utilize Ultrascale's cooling and sustainable design technology in US data centers.
Following this, in September, it partnered with IP3 Corporation to help advance the integration of nuclear energy sources, such as small modular reactors (SMRs), in the data center market.
Caddis is an advisory firm specializing in data center development, cloud capacity sourcing, and end-user deployment. The company officially launched in July of this year, having previously been known as CloudSphere Consulting.
